Founded by Tom Riley Grant with a goal of providing clients with the best possible renovation experience. We believe in a high-touch approach, meaning clients have a dedicated project manager who will be their partner through the entire process.

Meet Tom

Tom grew up in Toronto, and had a love of construction from a young age. Starting out as a summer labourer, Tom worked his way up in the industry, eventually founding Riley Grant Construction in 2022.

Tom has a BA in History from Queens University, and a post-grad Project Management Certificate from George Brown.

Tom lives in the Riverdale neighbourhood of Toronto with his wife and daughter.
